Pope Francis will visit Ireland next week on August 25th and 26th as part of the World Meeting of Families 2018.  His trip will include a concert in Croke Park on Saturday August 25th with doors opening at 4pm and Festival of Families starting at 6.30pm and a mass in Phoenix Park attended by 500,000 people on Sunday August 26th at 3pm. Major traffic restrictions will be in place and Live Drive will broadcast on both days to try and help people get to both events and move around the city in general.

The main messages to people attending the Mass on Sunday are:

-  Public Transport within Dublin will be free of charge on production of your ticket for Phoenix Park on Sunday August 26th.

-  The Dublin Bus Hubs do NOT provide Park and Ride facilities. Patrons are asked to arrive at them via public transport or on foot.

-  Leave your car at home and plan your journey in advance and give plenty of time to get to Phoenix Park.

Our broadcast times during the Pope's visit will be:
