Heuston Staton Weekend Disruptions

Due to major engineering works in the vicinity of Heuston there will be alterations to all services in and out of the station from 20:00hrs on Friday 30th October to 23:00hrs on Sunday 2nd Novemeber

Bus Transfers

From 20.00hrs on Friday 30th October and up to 23.00hrs on Sunday 1st November bus transfers will be in operation to and from:

Heuston Station and Portlaoise/Thurles for Cork, Tralee and Limerick services Heuston Station and Portarlington for Galway and Westport services Heuston Station and Carlow for Waterford services

Affected services will be delayed up to 45 minutes. An amended Timetable is available through the journey planner on the Irish Rail website.

Kildare Commuter Services:

All Commuter services between Heuston and Kildare are cancelled during this disruption.

Advice to Passengers with Special Needs:

Any mobility impaired passengers requiring to travel during the period of curtailed services should contact our special needs helpline at (01) 703 3299 between 09:00hrs and 17:30hrs Monday to Friday.

Iarnród Eireann apologise to our customers for any inconvenience this essential work may cause.

Remember Remember the month of Mo-Vember

Its that time of year, men begin to sprout facial hair in the name of charity, yes folks its M0vember.

Our very own, Bewilderbeast is going to shave his beard and grow a moustache for charity and he is looking to you, yes YOU! the live drive listener to do your part and give to charity in support of him bearing all.

His rosie cheeks haven't been clean shaven in 5 years, we aren't really sure what he looks like under there! (see below)



Anyway we will photograph his ever growing moustache day by day slowly revealing his shame right here on our blogg. Begining with full beard and covering 30 days of growth until he becomes a true throw back.
