Traffic Restrictions In Phoenix Park For Bloom Festival

Bloom Festival begins in the Phoenix Park today at 9AM and the following restrictions will be in place:

Bloom Traffic Management Plan:

-      Ashtown Gate will be closed to traffic except for Emergency Services

-      The North Road will be one-way

-      On entering the Phoenix Park via Cabra Gate, there will be no right turn except for Bloom traffic

-      Odd Lamp Road is open but no parking will be permitted

-      Chesterfield Avenue will be open all weekend but parking is restricted from Mountjoy Cross Roundabout to after the Phoenix Monument.
