Flooding update

N81 - The N81 is closed at Jobstown due to flooding
Howth Road - Traffic is being diverted to Howth Road at Black Banks
Tolka Valley Rd - impassable
Wolfe Tone Quay - Wolfe Tone Quay is closed, traffic is being diverted via Infirmary Road
Parkgate St - Parkgate St is now closed in both directions, traffic is being diverted to Infirmary Rd
Strawberry Beds - Gardai have closed Strawberry Beds from Lucan
N4 - The N4 is closed from the M50, traffic is being diverted via N3 and N7
Kylemore Rd - Heavy flooding
Harolds Cross Road - Harolds's Cross Road is badly flooded, buses can get through bus cars cannot
N11 - N11 is closijng intermittently in both directions under UCD flyover
LUAS - LUAS Green Line is only operating between Brides Glen and Balally
Dart - Dart services are suspended between Bray and Dun Laoghaire, Bayside station closed due to flooding
