What is the word for when someone's surname is also a first name?

It was Paul Simon versus George Michael in the Fartist vote this morning and it got us thinking, what is the name for when someone's surname is also a first name? It seems there is no definitive word for it so we thought of a few ourselves and put it out to the listeners. Here's what they came up with:

Bipronomial
Prinomyic
Dionymal - we think this might actually be closest as it has a scientific basis
firsty firsty
Primoultimnomic
Surnomaly
Anameolly
Siminom
Nom Nom (from the french word for name "nom")
A double christian
Henry James Syndrome
8 (fore x 2)
