It's Flora Women's Mini Marathon time again folks and this year, Sarah and Pam will be running for ActionAid Ireland.

Meet the girls from Kitenga Primary School in Western Uganda. Every day they make a 2 hour trek to bring water to their school. The water source is a dirty pothole at the side of the road, shared by animals and full of worms. Sometimes the water they fetch is so muddy it turns their porridge black. They have no choice, but with ActionAid you can change that.
